Bom, primeiro gostaria de fazer uma confissão... levei algum tempo para experimentá-lo, não poderia imaginar que uma mistura de um expresso e água tônica seria saboroso... mas como sou beeem curioso, pensei “Ah! Vamos ver se realmente é bom!”. E, de fato, foi uma excelente surpresa! A harmonização dos sabores do café com a água tônica surpreende!
⚜️ Olha aí como fazer:
01 Shot de expresso duplo (60 ml) *
Água Tônica (200ml)
Gelo
Fatia de Limão (Opicional)
*Pode ser um filtrato bem intenso
Basta colocar o café com bastante cuidado sobre a água tônica com gelo para dar aquela separação entre os líquidos, e deixar uma bela apresentação.
