4. Mexer o café – Outro erro muito comum é mexer enquanto a água quente passa pelo pó. Essa atitude faz com que parte do aroma da bebida se perca, o que afeta a qualidade final.
5. Colocar açúcar na água – Isso muda a temperatura de ebulição da mistura e prejudica a obtenção do valor ideal, além de alterar a oxigenação da água.
